Urbex — short for Urban Exploration -- refers to the art of venturing into and documenting forgotten, decaying, or abandoned structures through exploration and photography.
Some of our most unforgettable explores have been inside old hospitals — especially abandoned psych hospitals — along with prisons, schools, heavy industrial sites and even lava caves.
But nothing beats houses. They’re our favourite pastime and easily the most common find. Walking into a place still filled with the previous occupants belongings lets us piece together their story, one object at a time. Every room becomes a small window into a life frozen in place, waiting to be rediscovered. Thats why we explore.
