This place was the home to well known Victorian radio 3AW,  till 2010. Melbourne's most listened to station in 2007.  Being a talk back station, 3AW's motto was very much delivering what Melbourne wanted to hear . The 3 storey building was left for ruins in 2010 after a move to a new Collins street location,
